Absolutely. Tours are not races. Everyone rides at their own pace, and our guides ensure no one is left behind. Some tours also include support vehicles to provide snacks or a lift whenever you need a break.

Do I need to train before a tour?

If you ride regularly, you’ll be fine. If it’s been a while, we recommend adding some rides before your trip. The fitter you are, the more fun you’ll have. We’ll help you choose a route that matches your fitness and goals.

Can my partner join even if he/she doesn’t ride?

Yes, non-cycling companions are welcome. They can enjoy the cities while you ride. Some tours offer optional transfers for companions, depending on availability.

Do I need to bring my own bike?

You can bring your bike or rent one. We work with trusted shops that provide high-quality road bikes (and e-bikes on request). We may provide Helmets and pedals as a courtesy (upon availability). Bike shoes are usually not included—bring your own.

How many people are usually in a group?
