By booking or participating, the client acknowledges awareness of these risks and assumes full responsibility for their participation. 7sherpas shall not be liable for: personal accidents, injuries, illness, or death during activities; loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings; delays, cancellations, or changes resulting from weather, traffic, strikes, government restrictions, or force majeure. Execution of a Liability Waiver and Release Form is mandatory prior to participation in any activity.

 

7. Commercial Terms

Bookings and payments follow specific policies informed at the time of purchase. Prices may vary depending on group size and local conditions. Cancellations and refunds are subject to deadlines and administrative fees. 7sherpas reserves the right to refuse clients who do not meet health, fitness, or conduct requirements.

 

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data provided by users will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with applicable laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD).
7sherpas does not sell or share personal information without consent, except where required by law.
