ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE PACKING.
ABOUT PAYMENT
• To buy any 7sherpas tour please e-mail 7sherpas@7sherpas.com
• Most tours require a minimum of 4 to 6 guests. Prices are subject to change if there is not enough guests.
• All tours need to be fully paid up to 60 days before departure date. Some tours in Europe could request a deposit to guarantee client's spot. In some cases, the remaining balance should be paid up to 90 days before the departure date.
• Online payment with credit card (via Square) or bank deposit (USA). Contact us for cash payment. We do not keep credit cards information in our files.
• It is guests' responsibility to pay for any bank taxes for deposits or transfers transactions.
• All payment are subject to taxes.
• If payments are not made on time, taxes will be applied on rescheduled invoices
• For some tours operated by third parties: payments could be made directly to its operators. Guests will not be charged for 7sherpas assistance.
BOOKING A TOUR
• You will be considered booked only after full payment.
• Next, guests will receive the Guest Profile document to fill, except for Day Rides guests.
• Usually, the groups are often completely filled up to 3 months before tour departure. 7sherpas recommends booking in advance. The sooner you choose the tour, the more prepared you will be for the experience.
• Be ready to sign a waiver.
ACCOMMODATIONS
• Usually, prices are for one guest in a double room. An additional single supplement is available for most of the tours.
• Mostly in Europe, some hotels could present single rooms pretty smaller than double rooms, but with higher prices.
• Single travelers (one person) should pay for single supplement.
• All hotels information are subject to change without previous notice.
GUESTS RESPONSIBILITIES
• Our team is available to answer all the questions that will help the guests to choose the most appropriate tour, however, it is guests responsibility to select a tour that fits his/her physical condition and personal interests. Therefore, we recommend guests to read carefully all the tour details before buying it, and also to consider his/her physical conditions prior joining a tour.
• It is guest's responsibility to get visas and passports.
• It is guest's responsibility to arrive on time for pre-scheduled transfers. 7sherpas does not provide transfers for guests who have a different schedule from the group. No refunds for non-used transfers.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
• All guests must present a valid travel/ health insurance before the tour departure.
• 7sherpas does not assume any responsibility for loss or damage of personal property as well as any kind of accident or physical damage during the tours. It is your responsibility to have an appropriate sports travel insurance.
GROUP TOURS
• Group tours involve the art of managing diverse interests, goals, personalities and physical abilities. Our team has the perfect discretion and sensibility to make decisions based on group's consensus. Sometimes, these decisions may not please all guests but our team will work to keep a nice vibe during the tour.
LAST MINUTE CHANGES
• Changes can be made without prior notice due to various circumstances that are beyond the control of our team (such as road conditions, accommodations, third parties services, etc.). We always try to keep the original agenda but even if something changes, the quality of the tour will remain the same.
GROUPS SIZE
• The group size is limited to ensure the quality of the tours. Our tours have an average of 6 - 8 guests, reaching a maximum of 15, with 2 or more experienced guides. For smaller groups, only 01 guide will be provided.
• Some tours need to achieve the minimum number of 4 or 6 guests. If not, the trip may be canceled. In the case of cancellation by 7sherpas, the guest will be refunded 100% of the amount paid (excluding fees). If the participant wants to continue on the tour, even in a small group, an additional fee will be charged (per guest).
THIRD PARTIES SERVICES
• 7sherpas is not responsible for any damage that may be generated by third parties and /or subcontractors during the tours. However, our team is available to assist guests in any way related to the service delivered by 7sherpas.
• 7sherpas is not responsible for any promotional and/or marketing activities promoted by third parties during or before the tours including events, media and any other disclosure / communication channel.
CANCELATION & REFUND
• 7sherpas has the right to cancel any tour at any time, for whatever reason, before the departure date. In the case of cancellation by 7sherpas, the guest will be refunded 100% of the amount paid.
• All refund requests must be sent by email to 7sherpas@7sherpas.com
• Weather change, work commitments and / or personal emergencies (illness, family issues, visas, etc.) will not be accepted for refund and /or cancellation request purposes. There are no exceptions to this rule.
• Guests who are late, need suddenly to leave the tour or have any other problems with transportation, dates and times, among others, are not going to be refunded. We recommend our guests to organize the travel in advance to avoid unpleasant surprises.
• Race subscriptions are non-refundable.
• Cards/ Deposit processing Fees are non-refundable.
• Service taxes (10% of tour total cost) will be charged whatever the refund reasons are
• 7sherpas does not recommend the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets.

DAY RIDES CANCELLATION & REFUND
• Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation.
• Card / deposit processing fees are not refundable. A service fee (10% of total tour price) will be charged from all refunds.
• 7sherpas has the right to cancel any ride at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, before the ride date. In the case of cancellation by 7sherpas, the guest should reschedule the ride or be refunded 100% of the amount paid.
• In case of bad weather, it’s up to the guide's discretion to cancel it or not, based on safety; if canceled, $100/day is retained, with the remainder refunded. Otherwise rides may be rescheduled based on guide's availability.
