KNOW BEFORE PACKING
PAYMENT

To book a 7sherpas tour, please email 7sherpas@7sherpas.com.

Most tours require a minimum of 4–6 guests. Prices may change if the group is smaller.

Full payment is due 60 days before departure (some tours may require an earlier deposit, with balance due up to 90 days prior).

Payments accepted: credit card, U.S. bank deposit, or cash by request. Credit card details are never stored.
-
Guests are responsible for all bank fees, transfer fees, and taxes.
-
Late payments may result in extra charges or loss of reservation.

Some tours operated by third parties may require direct payment to the operator. 7sherpas assistance is included at no extra charge.
BOOKING A TOUR

A booking is confirmed only after full payment is received.

Guests may be requested to complete a Guest Profile form (not required for Day Rides).

Tours often sell out 3+ months before departure. We recommend booking early.

All guests must sign a waiver before participating. One waiver per guest.
ACCOMMODATIONS

Prices are based on double occupancy. Single travelers must pay a single supplement.

Hotels and room details are subject to change without notice.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

Guests must choose a tour that matches their fitness level and interests. Please review all tour details carefully.

Guests are responsible for valid passports, visas, and travel documents.

Guests must arrive on time for scheduled transfers. No refunds for unused transfers or missed services.
TRAVEL INSURANCE

Mandatory: Guests must present valid travel/health insurance before departure.

7sherpas is not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss/damage of personal property.
GROUP TOURS

Group tours require flexibility. Our guides make decisions in the best interest of the group, even if not all guests agree.

The priority is always safety, fairness, and group harmony.
LAST-MINUTE CHANGES
-
Itineraries may change due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, road conditions, third-party services).

We always aim to keep the original agenda, but quality and safety remain our top priority.
GROUP SIZE
-
Average group size: 6–8 guests (maximum 15), with 2+ guides. Smaller groups may have only 1 guide.

Some tours require a minimum of 4–6 guests. If not met, 7sherpas may cancel the tour with a 100% refund (excluding fees). Guests may also continue with a smaller group for an additional fee.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

7sherpas is not responsible for services provided by third parties or subcontractors, including hotels, transport, or events, among others.

7sherpas is not responsible for third-party promotions, marketing, or media activities before, during or after tours.
CANCELLATION & REFUND

7sherpas may cancel a tour at any time before departure. In the case of cancellation by 7sherpas, the guest will receive a 100% refund of amounts paid.

Refund requests must be sent by email to 7sherpas@7sherpas.com.

Refunds are not provided for cancellations due to: weather changes, personal issues (work, illness, family, visas, transport delays, etc.), late arrival, early departure, or missed transfers/services. Please plan ahead to avoid last-minute issues.

Race entries are non-refundable.

Processing fees and service taxes (10% of tour cost) are non-refundable.

7sherpas recommend booking flexible/refundable flights only.

Cancellation and refund policies may vary by tour. Such policies will be disclosed to guests at the time of booking. By remitting payment of the tour invoice, guests expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by those policies and terms.
MULTI -DAY TOURS REFUND POLICY:

90+ days before departure → 90% refund

60–89 days → 70% refund

40–59 days → 50% refund
-
0–39 days → No refund
DAY RIDES CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

7sherpas may cancel a tour at any time before departure. In the case of cancellation by 7sherpas, the guest will receive a 100% refund of amounts paid.

Full refund or credit if canceled 48+ hours in advance.

Processing fees and service taxes (10% of tour cost) are non-refundable.

In case of bad weather, it’s up to the guide's discretion to cancel it or not, based on safety; if canceled, $100/day is retained, with the remainder refunded. Otherwise the ride may be rescheduled based on guide's availability.
